Before the opening of the 2012 Tenth China International Tire Expo held on September 12-14th 2012, we visited the exhibition venue – Some of the related tire enterprises in Shanghai. Shanghai Etia-Tech always provides online consultation service, provides site services for customers within 17 hours , and can fit the customer needs of product development, provide free sample pieces or sample rolls. Provide on-site service within 48 hours for contract customers if online consulting agreement failed to resolve. For product quality problems, when fail to arrive at the scene, we will timely replace the goods to ensure that the terminal needs, and further analysis of the accident reasons and clearly related responsibilities will be made.

Does your company have any new technology, new products come out in the near future? Could you please simply introduce to us?
为更好地满足客户需求，我们将会配合厂家开发一系列新产品，配方设计符合耐磨、防伪、不留残胶等性能，激光镂空硫化标签也将全新亮相。
In order to better meet customer needs, we will be with the manufacturers to develop a series of new products; formulation design in line with the wear-resistant, anti-counterfeiting, no residue performance, and laser hollow vulcanized label will also be a new appearance.
