    日,我社记者了走进青岛艾芬特,走近艾芬特国际实业有限公司董事长周爱兵先生,在对周董事长的专访中,我们深切的感受到艾芬特集团大气、创新、真诚、发展的文化气息。
    Recently, our reporter visited the president of Qingdao L_Guard Int'l Enterprise Limited, Aibing Zhou, during the interview, we deeply feel comprises atmosphere, innovation, sincere, Qingdao L_Guard Int'l Enterprise Limited and the cultural atmosphere of their development.

    The following is interview record between Aibing Zhou and our reporter:

Q1.请您简单为我们介绍一下贵公司目前发展情况如何。
Q1. Please introduce the develope condition of your company at present in brief.
周董:目前艾芬特已经从起初的生存发展阶段,向高速的发展和拓展迈进,并在逐步走向成熟。公司的发展从艾芬特工贸到艾芬特集团,目前正在向着全球化艾芬特轮胎商业帝国转变。我们的远景是:10亿以上销售规模的L-GUARD做中国第一品牌特种轮胎(实心轮胎);30亿以上做世界第一品牌叉车实心轮胎。
Mr Zhou: At present, L_Guard Int'l, has stride forward to high speed development and expansion from the beginning stage, become mature gradually.The development of the company is from L_Guard Int'l trade and industry to L_Guard Int'l group, at present, is moving towards globalization, change to L_Guard Int'ltire business empire. Our vision is: more than 1 billion sales scale of L-GUARD, to be Chinese first brand special tires (solid tires); More than 3 billion, do the first brand forklift solid tires in the world.
 
Q2.据了解,青岛艾芬特工贸有限公司成立于2005年,经销商已遍及欧洲、美洲、东南亚、澳洲以及中国内地,请问贵公司取得成功的奥秘何在?
Q2. According to understand, Qingdao L_Guard Int'l Enterprise Limited was established in 2005, the dealers has already spread to Europe, American, southeast Asia, Australia, and the Chinese mainland,what's the mystery of success?
周董:
这些成绩的取得离不开艾芬特持续不断的创新精神,和对产品、市场的精确定位。我们的核心价值观是“创业,发展,(对员工、顾客、公司、社会的)创新价值”。 
Mr Zhou: these achievements thanks for the continuous innovation spirit, and the accurate position for product and market. Our core value is "entrepreneurship, development, the innovation value (to employees, customers, company, society's) ".   
   
Q3. 据悉,艾芬特工贸有限公司目前已经形成了“艾芬特”实心轮胎系列,工业轮胎系列,工程轮胎系列,200多个规格、1000多个品种。请问咱们公司这样制定发展方向的原因是什么?优势是什么?
Q3. It is reported, L_Guard Int'l Enterprise Limited has been formed the series of "L_Guard" solid tires , industrial tire series,OTR tire series, more than 200 specifications, more than 1000 varieties. Why do you set this development direction?       What's the advantage?
周董:
我们做的品牌是满足客人质量需求、保证经销商市场利益的,多元化满足各种、多种需求。我们的优势是:强势的品牌,超强的研发能力,专业性的服务,合作的团队。 
Mr Zhou: we make brand for supply the need of clients, guarantee the interests of the dealers' market, meet all kinds of diversification and many kinds of demand. Our advantage is: strong brand, strong research and development ability, professional services, the team cooperation.
 
Q4. 随着国际知名轮胎企业相继在中国建厂,国内企业面临更大的竞争和挑战,请问您是如何看待这一问题?对此有何应对措施?
Q4. Now, many international famous tires enterprises build factories in China, domestic enterprises face greater competition and challenge, how do you think about this issue?
周董:
我们没有对手,我们的对手是自己。别人不做品牌,我们做;别人不做系统,我们做;别人不做文化,我们做。老外走进来,我们就走出去。艾芬特的应对措施:1、建立加拿大全球营销中心和仓库,美洲市场直接做终端市场和用户;2、在南美成立各个分公司;3、建立欧洲市场销售中心;4、建立上海,青岛两大销售和采购中心;5、建立东营,上海等生产基地;6、建立越南,泰国分工厂。
Mr Zhou: we have no rivals, our rivals is yourself.The others don't do the brand, we do;The others don't do system, we do;The others don't do the culture, we do.The foreigner come in, we'll go out.L_Guard's measures: (1) to set up a global marketing center and warehouse in Canada, directly do the terminal market and user in America market ;2. setting up each branch, in South America;3. establishing sales center in European market ;    4. establishing two big sales and procurement center in Shanghai and Qingdao; 5. establish production base in dong ying, Shanghai;6, establish division factory in Vietnam and Thailand.

Q5.您能否为我们简单介绍一下贵公司今后的发展规划?
Q5. Can you introduce your company's development planning in the future ?
周董:艾芬特的发展规划是做品牌化、网络化、专业化、国际化、多元化、系统化。 
Mr Zhou: L_Guard Int'l 's development plan is to do the brand, network, professional and international, diversified, and systematized.
