轮胎新晋勇者范,领军管理新思路—第五届亚洲埃森轮胎展安徽大瑞橡胶有限公司专访

       2011年11月22日—24日,第五届亚洲埃森轮胎展在上海新国际博览中心隆重举办。展会上,来自国内外轮胎行业的许多工厂及贸易商纷纷率领着自己强大的团队阵容,向前来观看的行业用户和经销商们展示出了各自最新的高技术产品。作为亚洲埃森轮胎展的长期合作媒体,《轮胎市场》杂志社对本届展会进行了系列的关注报道。展会第一天,安徽大瑞橡胶有限公司以他充满活力与时代气息的团队赢得了大家的关注,而我们也很荣幸的在这一天采访到了大瑞橡胶有限公司的副总经理王丰涛先生。
       During November22-24 2011, the fifth Asian Essen Tire Exhibition was held grandly in Shanghai new international expo center. Many factories and trader from home and abroad tire industry let their own powerful team to show the customers and dealers their latest high tech products. As the long-term cooperation media of Asian Essen tire exhibition, 《Tire Markets》magazine do series reports for the exhibition. The first day of the exhibition, Anhui DARUI Rubber Co., LTD won everyone’s attention with his spirit of youthful team, it’s our honor to interview the vice general manager DARUI Rubber Co., LTD, Fengtao Wang.
       在王副总平和、条理的介绍中,我们深深的感受到了安徽大瑞橡胶有限公司这个新生企业积极向上、致力创新的工作态度和浓厚的人文气息。
       With the vice-general, Mr Wang’s clear and calm introduction, we deeply feel DARUI Rubber Co., LTD, as a new enterprise, owns positive attitude, committed to innovation work and rich cultural ambience.


 
       以下是我社记者与王总的采访实录:
       Following is the interview record of Mr Wang and our reporter.
 
       Q1. 王总,我们知道咱们安徽大瑞橡胶有限公司在2010年注册立项,可以请您简单介绍一下贵公司目前发展情况吗?
      
Mr Wang, we know Anhui DARUI Rubber Co., LTD registered project approval in 2010. Could you please introduce the present development situation of your company?

        王总:安徽大瑞橡胶有限公司是在2010年注册立项,立项之后进行设计,2011年3月份设计完成之后正式开始破土动工,目前仍在逐渐扩充中,预计明年三月底正式量产。公司的经营管理团队、科研开发团队、技术管理团队、销售团队均已初步组建完成并开始发挥各自的功用。我们整个的实施规划是23亿,产能是360万套全钢载重子午轮胎,第一期150万套/年产能。
       Anhui DARUI Rubber Co., LTD registered project approval in 2010, and then began to design, after completing design we started to build and still are expanding now, we expect to produce at the end of March next year. The management team, R&D group, technology management team and sales team of our company have been set up and play their respective functions. The total implement planning is 2.3 billion RMB, the production is 3.6 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires, the first phase can reach 1.5 million outputs. 

        Q2.据了解,贵公司年产150万条高性能全钢载重子午线轮胎,项目将于20123月份量产,请您简单介绍一下这个项目的具体情况。
       
As far as we know, your company will produce 1.5 million high performance all-steel radial truck tires per year, this project will be finished by March, 2012. Please introduce the detail information about this project.

       王总:这个项目进展非常良好,得到了当地市政府和相关部门的大力支持。在人才的引进上,我们不惜成本,请到了很多业内的专业技术工程师;在管理上,我们打破了原来中国企业的传统经营管理模式,致力在制造业领域里走一条真正做深、做强的思路,而不是一味的求大、求快。
      
This project is going on well and gets big support of local government and relevant departments. We do our utmost to employ many professional technical engineers; For management, we broke the traditional management mode in China, engaged in creating a real deep and stronger strategy in manufacturing field not pursuing bigger and quicker.

       Q3. 那么王总,您可以简单介绍一下咱们大瑞明年将要推出的新品牌龙勇士LOYOS么?
       Mr Wang, about your new brand LOYOS which will be introduced next year, can you introduce briefly to us?

      王总:龙勇士只是我们的一个子品牌,主品牌是大瑞。龙勇士这款全钢载重子午线轮胎承载着中华民族特有的优良品质,踏实——抓着力强劲、韧性——使用寿命长、威力十足——抗撕裂与磨耗能力强。在产品的生产过程中,我们会汇总出现的各种问题,把问题反馈到工厂,工厂根据我们自身系统找出问题,杜绝再次发生,打造我们内部的一个PDCA不断循环改进过程,让我们的产品越做越好。
       LOYOS just a sub-brand, the main brand is DARUI. LOYOS tire, as all-steel radial tire, own the peculiar quality of Chinese nation, with the high performance of steadiness-strong griping, tenacity- long life, powerful-wear ability. In the production process, we will collect all the problems to factory, they will find out the problems according to our own system and put an end to occur again. We build a internal PDCA to improvement continuously, which make our products better and better.
 
        Q4.目前,国内外轮胎企业纷纷扩大在中国的发展步伐,请问您是如何看待这一问题的?有何应对措施?
      
  At present, the domestic and foreign Tire enterprises expand their development in China, how do you think about this situation? What response measures do you have?

       王总:国内外轮胎企业纷纷扩大在中国的发展步伐,正说明中国轮胎市场具有巨大潜力,在世界舞台上扮演重要的角色。国内外轮胎企业均在大力发展,轮胎行业竞争日趋激烈,但并没有达到真正的饱和状态,国内大部分轮胎厂定位较低,靠价格取胜,定位高端市场的很少,国外品牌又不能完全迎合中国市场。而大瑞可以发挥本土优势的同时定位高端,以品质和研发取胜,完善我们的渠道,做好品牌口碑,我们要从这个层面上发展,而不是一味地去打底线、竞底。如今,我们中国的企业也要开始竞优,拿优质的质量来做品牌化,竞争优势显而易见。
       The domestic and foreign tire enterprises expand their development in China, which shows Chinese tire market own great potential and play an important role in the world stage. The domestic and foreign tire enterprises are developing, though the competition is increasing fierce, still not reach the saturated state indeed, most Chinese tire manufacturers depends on the lower price to win on the markets, there are few manufacturers selling on high technology markets, meanwhile, the foreign brands can not completely cater to the Chinese market. DARUI can play local advantages and position high technology market at the same time, focusing on quality and R&D, perfecting our channel, improving good reputation, all the above are our orientation, not competing the bottom line blindly. Today our Chinese enterprises need compete optimal and take the high quality to make brand, so competitive advantage is obvious.
 
       Q5.大瑞作为一个新生企业,您是采用什么样的方式让它快速发展起来的?
       As a new enterprise, how do you let DARUI develop so rapidly?

       王总:要经营好大瑞这个新生企业,首先要靠经营理念,大瑞与其他国内轮胎企业有着很多不同的地方。中华民族是一个受儒释道文化影响比较深的民族,我们崇尚“止于至善”,通俗来说就是“没完没了,好了还要更好。”这种诉求要求我们在出现问题后,第一考虑的不是平衡各方面的关系,而是首先要站在公司的立场上把这个事情做到最好。不要把注意力放在一些不该放的地方,而是在实事求是、归根究底的基础上,越做越好,我们希望可以在这种文化的导引下形成一种良好的行为习惯。经营管理中我们借鉴《论语》中所言的“不二过”, 就是同样的错误不犯第二次,在管理学上叫做“异常管理”。一个真正能够做到点点滴滴、做真、做细、追求“不二过”的企业是一个非常了不起的,这也是我们的目标。我们立志成为中国制造企业里经营管理水平的领导者。
       To operate new enterprise like DARUI, first method is depending on the management idea; there are many different between DARUI and many other domestic tire enterprises. Chinese nation is influenced by the culture of Confucianism and Buddhism; we advocate “better and better”, which let us do our best on company’s position when we meet problems not balance the relationship of all aspects. We need do our work best on the base of diligence and pragmatism, do our work better and better. We hope this culture will form a good habit. We referent the Analects in our business management, which said “No second”, that means the same mistake never happen again, called “Abnormal management” in management science. The enterprises who can reach “No second” are wonderful and are our goal. We aspire to become the better leaders in China’s manufacturing enterprise. 
 
      Q6.您可以为我们简单的介绍一下咱们大瑞未来的发展规划么?
      Would you please briefly introduce the future development planning of DARUI for us?

      王总:脚踏实地,不求快、不求大,精耕细作,做好品质,打造优质品牌,凸显企业文化中的社会关怀、人文关怀,将中华民族优良的文化与现代科技融为一体,锻炼企业体质,将精心培育的大瑞品牌推广至全球的各个角落。
       Work diligently, Intensive cultivation, creating premium brand, highlights enterprise culture with social care, personal care, integrating Chinese nation outstanding culture and modern science technology together, strengthen enterprise system, promoting our carefully nurtured brand-DARUI to every corner of the world.
